How To Book a Guide
- Please check our rates, terms & conditions and FAQs before making a booking.
- When you are ready to book, please email your enquiry to us at witgatours@gmail.com, including the following information:

- your name, organisation (if appropriate) and contact details
- date and duration of tour
- size of group
- intended transport arrangements
- meeting point (cruise ship, ferry terminal, hotel)
- any special requirements (foreign language, mobility issues, special needs, child-friendly tour)
- any particular destinations, interests or itinerary
- One of our admin team will find the best guide for you and send you the relevant details. If you have a preference for a specific guide, please let us know.
- Please remember to agree to our rates and cancellation policy.
- Tour operators will be invoiced by WITGA after the tour. Private clients normally pay the guide in cash on the day.
WITGA is the contact for all initial communications. We will provide your guide’s contact details a few days before your tour, but feel free to contact us at any time with any queries.
WITGA is a tour guide association. All our guides are self-employed with their own public liability insurance. They are individually responsible for conducting your tour to the highest standards and adhering to health and safety regulations.
It is important that everyone dresses appropriately for the tour and for changing weather conditions. On rare occasions, your guide may need to amend your planned itinerary on the day due to unforeseen circumstances.
