As a tour guide, besides talking about the many layers of history of the island, I want to share with you impressions of a remote rural island life style, knowledge that I gathered from the University Of Life – by working in the Spar petrol station shop at the heart of the community; by exploring and discovering places of great beauty on my Triumph Street Triple Motor Bike; by participating in art workshops and all sorts of cultural events; by creating Harris Tweed products (I studied fashion design in the Netherlands); and through fellowship within my wonderful church family. One day away from this Treasure Island makes me homesick: it is my home.Esther Williams
