Elizabeth McKenzie
I am a member of the Scottish Tourist Guides Association, qualifying as a Blue Badge Guide at Edinburgh University in 1990. I worked in education establishments for over 35 years
I now guide all over Scotland in English and Italian, for travel companies, journalists, VIP’s incentive tours, conferences and excursions. This includes guiding cruise ship passengers arriving in various Scottish ports, particularly Stornoway, Isle of Lewis.
As I have lived and worked on the Isle of Lewis for the past 12 years, I have been involved in training local guides for the Western Isles Tour Guide Assoc.
