Alasdair Macleod
Alasdair, a retired headteacher, Gaelic development officer and councillor, is a passionate cook. He regularly contributes articles about the culinary history of the Outer Hebrides to local newspapers and does frequent Gaelic radio and TV work on food & drink. He is involved in the work of the Harris Tweed Authority and enthusiastically shares stories about community life and the Gaelic culture of his native island.
